This adapter allows you to connect cylinders with a W21.7 female (left-hand) thread to instruments or hoses with a 1/4″ SAE male connection, a widely used standard in HVAC equipment. The sealing gasket ensures a secure, leak-free connection during refrigerant charging or recovery operations.

Left-hand (LH) threads are typically used on cylinders containing flammable refrigerants such as R600a or R290 to prevent incorrect connections with other types of gas.
