You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty, as provided for by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services that are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections outline the cases that may apply to this store: remove those that do not pertain to the products or services you sell.

Digital content downloaded with your express consent

When you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licenses, etc.) and expressly request their immediate delivery, acknowledging that by doing so you forfeit your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Explicit consent is obtained during the purchase process.

Services that began during the cancellation period at your request

If you ask us to begin providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal, but you will be required to pay a proportional amount for the work already performed, in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 4, (a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Customized products, perishable items, items sealed for hygiene reasons, or sealed media

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• products that are custom-made or clearly personalized;
• goods that are subject to rapid deterioration or have an expiration date;
• products that were sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
• Audio or video recordings, or software provided in sealed packaging and opened after delivery.

These exclusions are provided for in Article 16(a), (c), (d), (e), and (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Accommodation, rental, dining, or recreational services with a specific date

Services tied to a specific date or period of performance are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

• accommodations other than those intended for residential use (hotels, vacation homes, vacation rentals);
• vehicle rental;
• transportation of goods;
• food service;
• recreational services such as tickets to events and shows.

This exclusion is provided for in Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
