This tap is designed for use in service and maintenance activities on refrigeration systems. It features a 1/4″ SAE male connection and a 5/16″ SAE female connection, proving useful as a connecting element between instruments, piping and service outlets that are not compatible with each other.

The built-in depressor is a key element because it allows the internal mechanism of the valve to be acted upon, allowing the refrigerant fluid to pass through without having to intervene manually on the valve itself.
